Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information MotoHood Rentals ("we") collects and how we use it.

If you're a rider

You can browse MotoHood without creating an account, and we don't ask for your name, phone number or email. When you tap a WhatsApp button, your conversation happens directly between you and the rental shop on WhatsApp — it does not pass through or get stored on our servers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) for security, and your browser may store small preferences locally on your device.

If you're a shop owner

When you list your shop we collect your shop name, location, WhatsApp number, bike and pricing details, a username, and a password (stored encrypted — we can't read it). Rental records you create in your dashboard are stored so the dashboard works. This information is used only to display your listing and operate your tools.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send marketing messages to riders. Data is shared only with the services needed to run this website (our hosting provider) or if the law requires it.

Your choices

Shop owners can update their listing anytime from the dashboard, or email us to correct or delete their data entirely. For any privacy question, contact hello@motohoodrentals.in.
